1950 Harmony Silvertone H600 Roy Rogers Sunburst w/Graphics, Very Good, $449.00

Roy and Trigger may have ridden off into the sunset, but we still have those great old westerns to remember them by. And we also have this sweet Harmony-made Silvertone H600 student sized (21 1/2 inch string scale) guitar from the 1950s with Roy’s visage on the headstock and a rustic fireside scene painted on the top. Birch body is crack free, fretboard is clean, frets and fret markers in great condition, and tuners are fully functional with great looking ivoroid buttons.

The guitar has some minor scuffs and scrapes (mostly on the body edges) and some pencil scribbles inside the sound hole (made by some overactive young cowboy years ago no doubt), but the graphics are in truly remarkable condition—clear, clean, and looking like they were done last week, not over 60 years ago! Often these little guitars are in unplayable condition, but this one plays just fine up to the 10th or 11th fret.
