1966 Hofner 500/1 Violin Bass Sunburst
Here's a 1966 Hofner 500/1 Violin "Beatle" Bass in Sunburst finish. No breaks, cracks, repairs. Everything is original on the bass, with the exception of the E & A tuners, and both volume knobs. The original staple-top pickups sound fantastic! Both are strong & full. The rhythm, bass, and treble all work perfect, which gives the bass a big tonal palette. Its got the sound! The action starts to go up a bit past the 5th fret, but the bass is still easy to play everywhere. Every note plays. Raise Hofner script logo on the headstock is in great shape as well. HSC included!
