The Höfner HCT-500/7 Contemporary Verythin bass guitar is the bass version of the famous Verythin guitar. This bass has a retro-headstock design and is fitted with a white pearloid pickguard, along with a Sunburst gloss finish. The body is made from a spruce top with two traditional f-holes, along with a flame maple back and sides, and black binding. The spruce center block helps give modern deep bass sounds to eliminate feedback.
It has a three-piece maple/beech/maple U-profile neck, offering all of the comfort and playability you desire, along with a jatoba fingerboard on top. The Höfner Staple pickups produce a classic vintage voice, shaped by two volume and two tone controls. The trapeze nickel tailpiece and ebony bridge keep your bass voice strong and your playing stable.
