Piston surface plating is peeling. The bell flare, bell bow (backward curve), and bell stem (bell body) have dents, scratches, and repairs to the blow-in tube that goes into the 3rd valve. The rod itself can be fixed. All soft parts have been replaced, and all parts have been serviced and adjusted. The piston is airtight and the action does not interfere with normal playing. (We recommend using high viscosity valve oil.)
