Holton B♭Trumpet, Maynard Ferguson Signature Series " MF4", ST304Gl. 125mm yellow brass bell. 465' large bore. Lacquered finish. Instrument weight 1040 grams (measured). Comes with genuine hard case, made in 1983.
[Condition.]
Bell flare dent repair mark. Scratches on the inner rim of the bell. Lacquer paint has fallen on a wide range of mouthpipes, valve casings, and some parts of the insertion and removal tubes. All soft parts have been replaced, and all parts have been serviced and adjusted.

The ST304 is a sister model of the ST302, which Maynard Ferguson used as his main instrument in the 1970's. The ST304 has a 465" bore, while the ST302 has an extra-large 468" valve bore, The ST304 has improved control without sacrificing the powerful, open, bright sound of the MF model.
