1977 Ibanez 2457 Gibson ES-355 Copy in Cherry!
Beautiful and very clean 1970's Ibanez 2457 ES-355 from the Lawsuit era! The finish looks great and has very little wear! The guitar really plays and sounds great. The guitar is near mint, very lightly played (especially considering it's well over 40 years old). The guitar is currently equipped with some excellent-sounding Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers but the original pickups are included so you could put them back to the original configuration. Comes with original hardshell case, a 70's era wide strap from when the guitar was purchased new, and a few sets of old-school Dean Markley strings as shown!
Regular guitar cables work with this guitar. The 6-way varitone switch is backwards compared to a Gibson ES-345/355. The "5" and "6" positions are the most "usable" positions and really sound excellent. The 1-4 positions are more bassy. The positions are backwards on these from the factory. Very unique guitar!
