Offered for sale:
Used 1983 Ibanez RS1500 serial number K831480.
This guitar is in very good condition, neck and frets are fine. Cosmetically there two chips on the headstock, one on the front and one on the back.
The RS1500 is a Roadstar II series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1983. It was made in Japan as part of the Roadstar Custom line.
The RS1500 features a neck through body construction with ash body wings with an arched top attached to a three-piece laminated maple neck with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot position markers. Components include a trio of Ibanez Super Power 6 single coil pickups mounted in pickup rings with the bridge askew, a Hard Rocker Pro single locking tremolo bridge, Sure Grip II control knobs and Smooth Tuner II tuning machines.
Controls consist of a master tone and a shared volume for the neck and bridge pickups along with a 3-way pickup selector. The second volume allows the center pickup to be added to any combination of the neck and bridge.
This model is somewhat rare having a narrow production window, there is quite a lot of interest in these RS1500 guitars.
Original hard-shell case included.

*Please note: we do our best giving descriptions of used pieces. We have found it impossible to describe every mark on an instrument or amp that is not in the "mint" category. Also, what's important to you may not be important to someone else. For example, you may say, "I don't care what it looks like as long as it plays or sounds well." Another person may say, "Body cosmetics are very important to me so tell me about every scratch, nick and blemish." So, please ask the questions that are most important to you. If you ask they will be answered. They are free and there's no limit. Additional photos can also be made available.
