The Flash Stutter is the little brother to the Mad Doctor, but is smaller and faster! Has the great ON/OFF switching that Mad Doctor offers, but is just stripped down to the basics. You get one Rate control that is set to a constant 50% On and 50% Off ratio that goes from fast to lightning bolt fast.
