This pedal is particularly clean, with no notable cosmetic wear and some velcro cleanly applied to the bottom of the enclosure. Of course, Mark Sampson is well known as the founding father of Matchless amplifiers, and this particular pedal is worthy of the legacy he's established for incredible tone.

The Mark Sampson designed MAX pedal is a a necessary tool for any player. It is a buffer/Booster/Harmonic Enhancer and can be used with bass and guitar since it passes low bass frequencies. You will notice an entire frequency expansion and these extended frequency ranges give your sound a fuller and more harmonically enhanced feel. This is one pedal you will never turn off!
