I first met luthier Jay Lichty and his wife Corrie 6-7 years ago while attending the Carolina Guitar Shows. Jay would come down to my booth to study my high-end and vintage acoustics inside and out while displaying his Custom Handcrafted instruments in his booth. From early on I was highly impressed with the designs, superior quality of hand craftsmanship, fit and finish, and playability of Jay’s instruments. Jay’s history includes being a student of the renowned builder Wayne Henderson of Virginia. Jay is presently accepting Custom Orders and is booked for months out.
