Description

This guitar is an extremely rare swirl painted Custom Build by the master Joe Despagni who built guitars for Steve Vai and many other well know players. The pot is dated late 1988. The pickup is a Duncan JB that is not F spaced but still sounds well balanced(I would recommend upgrading to an F-Spaced version if you intent to play this regularly) and has a coil tap switch. The Floyd Rose is an early version with an updated trem mount. Tuning machines a Schaller. The bottom corner of the neck plate was bent down to accommodate for the rounded neck heal. There is a small chip on the bass side of the neck pocket. The guitar shows light fret wear with no effect on excellent playability and the guitar was just set up with 9 gauge strings. There is some signs of use on the neck and there are few tiny nicks and chips that you will need to feel around for to find. The guitar ships in the Ibanez hard shell case as shown.
