[Overview]
Jerome Calle B♭Trumpet, Superchops M [CP] model(*). 130mm yellowbrass bell. Reverse tuning. .460" ML bore. Silver plated finish. Weight 1213 fl. oz. manufactured around 2000. List price 580,000 yen. Accessories: Genuine single hard case (handle is damaged).
CP...Yellow brass with 3 micron copper plating and further silver plating for multi-layer plating.

[Condition.]
Some of the plating has fallen off on the valve top cap, bottom cap, and piston stem. Piston button has floating plating. A small shallow dent in the curve behind the bell has been corrected. Other than that, there are only a few thin scuff marks and polish marks scattered around. It is in good condition. The inside of the pipe has been cleaned, soft parts have been replaced, and all parts have been serviced and adjusted.

[Features]
Superchops recommended by Jerome.The model bearing the Superchops technique recommended by Jerome (*). The valve branch tube and extraction tube are lighter than those of other models designed by Jerome. The bell, which is said to have been restored from the French Besson bell shape, is conversely thicker. The weight of the instrument feels heavy because it is a CP series with multi-layer plating, but the response is agile. It has a dense tone with excellent directivity and high sound pressure, and a powerful sound with a large dynamic range.
*The tuning tube of the Superchops model is designed to be played with the tuning tube pulled out almost twice as far as usual.
