DESCRIPTION
For your consideration a 1930s Kalamazoo KG-11 with a Sunburst finish! Just in from repair, its got a clean bill of health. Plays great and sounds wonderful. For a smaller light weight guitar it is Loud! Killer Ladder braced voice. Nice punch but still lively and resonate. A personal favorite body shape. Big sound hole! A fantastic guitar getting close to its 100th birthday!
Specs! This guitar is in good condition. It has had a neck reset. The bridge was reglued. It has a new bone saddle. All the work was excellently done by Portland Fret Works. 1-3/4″ ebony nut. Mahogany neck with a depth of .99″ (1st fret) and 1.25″ (12th fret). 24.75″ scale length. Rosewood fingerboard with a 12″ radius. 19 small frets. Spruce top with mahogany back and sides with a sunburst finish. Rosewood bridge. Weighs 2 pounds and 13 ounces!
