~1959 Klemt Echolette NG51 Tape Delay

Here’s something that makes our heart beat a little faster everytime we find one. Up for sale we have a killer sounding late 50s Klemt Echolette NG51 Tape Delay. German quality through and through. This one has been completely serviced by Bryan Sours and has fresh tubes and new tape. That’s always a plus with vintage tape echo units.

The Beatles famously used the Echolette as did many other bands, most often in the studio, to take advantage of the incredible array of tones available with just a little dial twisting. Warning, these vintage tape delay units can be addictive. Buy one and you might find yourself up until the wee hours in your studio.

This unit is in very good to excellent condition with a nice vintage patina, a few paint chips but no dents or damage. Check the photos. Comes with a DIN-to-quarter inch conversion dongle, so it’s ready go.
