The Shoreline Series uses the same parts as LAKLAND USA, but the woodworking, painting, and assembly are done in Japan.
This model is a spot-production model with a swamp ash body back and laminated bubinga top. The fingerboard is rosewood.
Both pickups and preamp are LAKLAND originals, and the controls are Vol/Bal/3Band EQ and a coil tap mini-switch for the rear pickup. The volume knob can also be pulled to provide EQ through.
The color is snow white burst, which is exclusive to this model, and combined with the wooden grain of the bubinga, it gives it a very unique look!
The EQ has a wide variable range, allowing for a very wide range of sound creation.
The J-type pickups on the front and MM-type pickups on the rear provide a fat sound but in an easy-to-control configuration.
