DAVID LaPLANTE 00 12 fret Custom, 2014, in the style of a ca 1840 Spanish style Martin,
commissioned to imagine if Martin built their modern sized and braced guitars but
in their 1840s Spanish influenced design (see the Hal Leonard publication
"Inventing the American Guitar" page 138). This model has elements of Martin's
Early Spanish influenced guitar design blended with their modern 00 12 fret body
profile and modern scalloped 1/4" X bracing. The Brazilian Rosewood back is
deep 4"--> 4 3/4" (similar to a "D" size) and the Brazilian two piece sides are
bisected with 5 ply holly & rosewood purfling with matching back strip, the body
is bound in white holly with multiple line purflings, Ebony pyramid pin bridge, "lipped"
at the back in the 1840s style, squared off early Spanish style headstock
with internally geared "Pegheds", two way Martin style adjustable truss rod,
24.9" scale, 1 3/4" at the Nickel silver nut, 3 ring Rosette with herringbone center
ring in the early style, fairly fat Mahogany neck with a soft V profile, plain Ebony
board, French polish finish, near mint, hsc........$5500

We ship UPS and Fedex for ground service and air. DB Schenker is very good for foreign shipments, as they are less expensive. They will also let you pick up your instrument at the airport if you want to save some money. We've been packing guitars for 30 years, and find that most damage is due to poor packing. We know how to pack. We fully insure all shipments and we will take care of any claim that might arise. We guarantee that you won't have to fight with a shipping company if any damage occurs. We do that. Even though you have the guitar in your possession and have paid for it, we assume all responsibility.

You may inspect the instrument for 24 hours and return it if you don't want to keep it without explanation. If you need another day or two, simply call us and request more time, and we will work with you. We make agreements with you, and we keep them! Satisfaction Guaranteed.
