2019 Lentz Traditional S Brazilian Daphne Blue
We love Lentz instruments here at Capital Guitars and offer them whenever we can, but used examples tend to be few and far between. Offered here is a Lentz Traditional S built in 2019 and in "as new" condition. If very high quality boutique Strat-style guitars suit your tastes, then this fabulous instrument should certainly be of interest to you.
This Lentz S has light weight Ash body with a Daphne Blue nitrocellulose lacquer finish and a total weight of 7.0 pounds. It has a one-piece Maple neck with a very soft V to C shape and depth measurements of .860" at the first fret, increasing to .980" at the 12th fret. It has a extremely dark Brazilian Rosewood fretboard that looks like Ebony, with a 9.5" radius, 6105 frets and a 1.655" bone nut. It has a combination of Lentz and Gotoh hardware and a single ply white pickguard. The pickups are Lentz hand wound single coils with outputs of 5.56k, 5.58k and 10k, respectively, neck position to bridge.
Like virtually every Lentz I have been fortunate to come across, this guitar is a joy to play and hear. The playability is superb and the tone is crisp and quacky, like a Strat-style guitar should sound. Please check out the brief sound sample included below. The build quality is beyond reproach. The first fret neck measurements are a bit misleading, as the shoulders on this neck make it feel like a larger profile than the measurements would suggest. If you like a big neck, you will love this guitar!
This lovely instrument is in mint condition and really cannot be distinguished from new. The frets are flawless. It comes in it's original blonde G&G case which also is in mint condition.

Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. A phone number at the shipping destination is required. Other shipping services, including express services and international shipping are available at our discretion, just contact us for a quote.
Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included. Sale items, purchases that are made via layaway, those involving trades and/or international shipping are considered final except upon an error by and at the discretion of Capital Guitars.
