Description

One of the last of the plexi panel Marshall JMP50's. By the end of 69, the control panel was metal and then the 70's happened and everything went to hell (in the world-not with Marshall). This amp is loud and it's nasty. It can be tamed with judicious use of the tone controls but why would you do that? This amp (through a 4-12 cabinet with greenbacks with lead cones) nails the tone you've spent most of your life seeking out. There are some minor issues: The pilot light was changed. The logo is a repro. The Bulgin plug was replaced and the cord is modern. I believe the big can caps and one or two others have been changed. Original Drake Trannies. There is some light damage to the rear plexi panel. I have a few cabinets but I won't ship them-you'll have to make the trip to Connecticut to get one.
