This is one incredible instrument! 1938 Martin 0-17 that has been brought back to life! All mahogany with “Pre-War” Scalloped X-bracing and a truly wonderful sound.
1 3/4 inch replacement bone nut. 24.9 inch scale length. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets (re-fretted) and a 16″ radius. Original Grover “Sta-Tite” tuners. Replaced rosewood bridge and new bone saddle. Completely refinished. Large maple bridgeplate installed over the original, numerous repaired (cleated) side cracks and patch installed on the side as well.
This guitar has definitely lived a rough life, but has been totally gone over and is ready for action. Comes with a non-original hard case.
