Description

Vintage original 1943 Martin 0-18. Tone is remarkably sweet and warm, one of the best sounding Martin's we have had.

Original solid Spruce top is stunning made with super high quality solid Spruce. Back and sides are made of Mahogany. Features scalloped bracing which makes for a super nice and sweet tone.

Neck angle is excellent and playability superb. Plays with a good action and there's room on the saddle if action would want to be even lower. For us the action is perfect.

A real nice example with no crack and no breaks. Completely original with the exception of the repro tuners which are real similar to what would have originally been on the guitar. Serial number on the neck block dates the guitar to 1943. Serial number is also on the top of the headstock. Some scratches on the top as pictured, and some buckle rash on the back. Common and normal signs of use.

Don't miss this gem of a little Martin!

Comes with nice vintage Martin hardshell case, black with blue interior. We believe the case is later than the guitar, but it's real nice and it is vintage Martin.
