The Martin 00-28 Modern Deluxe is a new take on Martin Vintage. Masterfully-built in America, this guitar is packed with custom features and modern technology that you have to see, feel and hear for yourself — decorated in a tasteful Natural gloss finish that shines definitively underneath any stage light.
It's built from a VTS (Vintage Tone System) spruce top on an East Indian rosewood back and sides, with X-bracing support and a unique European flamed maple binding that matches the stylish gold frets and gold open-gear tuners, along with the unique 1930s-style script logo inlaid in pearl on the headstock. It has the rich, fully-aged Martin tone that has inspired generations with outstanding quality acoustic sound.
With the mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard on top, you get stunning playability — complete with twenty medium-sized frets. Some ultra-modern features include Liquidmetal bridge pins with red dots and a composite carbon fiber bridgeplate that boosts volume, and a new Vintage Deluxe-neck shape that is slightly asymmetrical for maximum hand comfort up and down the fingerboard.
