Here's a 1946 Martin 00-28G. Rare, all original herringbone example! The guitar is crack free, with the exception of one small professionally repaired crack on the back, at the very bottom (next to the herringbone backstripe...hard to see). Features include Herringbone binding, Adirondack Spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood back & sides, 12 frets to the body, Ebony fingerboard & bridge, zigzag back-stripe, white ivoroid binding on the top and back edges of the body, and Martin decal logo on the back of the slotted headstock. The guitar plays & sounds amazing! It measures 2" at the nut, with perfect action. The original frets are still in nice shape as well. And tonally it's just beautiful: warm, full, clear, with lovely projection. Very special piece. OHSC included.

Before shipping, all guitars & basses receive a fresh, deep clean, along with a pro setup to your spec's! We are an appointment only store. All instruments are handled by SS Vintage employees only.
