One of Martin's more unique traditions is the construction of the all-mahogany acoustic guitar, as opposed to instruments with spruce tops, and the rich satin finish 000-15SM model continues that tradition. Distinctly, this 000-sized Martin has its neck and body joined at the 12th fret, rather than the more standard 14th fret. This results in a shift in internal bracing and guitar shape. Combine that with its slotted headstock and you have a fantastic, unique guitar, visually distinctive and innovative, with an almost "dry" aspect to its sound. "Hogs" as all-mahogany guitars are nicknamed, have a large following of guitarists who love their "dry" sound - rich in fundamentals with a particularly clear and warm tone. The 000-15SM is an affordable solid wood guitar that Replay is proud to have in our lineup. A hardshell case is included to protect your investment.
