Description

These are my personal favorite guitars ever made, to me no other guitar reaches the level of guitar that a 12 fret Martin 000 does. And the 18 still being my favorite without any unnecessary ornaments.
I acquired this personally through Carter Vintage Guitars, Walter described it as an exceptionally sounding guitar so I kept their listing and will be happy to send you PDF along with guitar

This is the description made by CVG a couple of years ago, I believe the case is the original case

An exceptional sounding 12-fret 000-18. The guitar has had a neckset and the bridge replaced. A Stew- Mac bridgeplate saver has been done. Several rim cracks on the lower bout have been repaired, with cloth reinforcement. A small rim crack near the endpin has been repaired with a cleat. Some clear lacquer has been applied to the top over the areas where there is wear from a pick or fingernails.
