Just back from our Luthier John, this little gem is rarin' to go!
This had repaired damage at endblock, pulled and reglued bridge, reset neck, frets dressed, cut new pickguard, clean up finish, repaired crack in back, cut new bone saddle and set up...
Now it plays and sounds worthy of it's namesake.
it’s a fabulous guitar, and is all original except for the saddle and pickguard. The neck has been reset, and some other issues addressed (the interior is pristine and untouched). This is a “player grade” guitar, as it’s been refinished with a super thin coat of satin finish, which doesn’t hamper any of the tone or volume of this gem- if you’re looking to get into a vintage 000-18, without the huge price tag, this is your guitar!
