With its cutaway 000-size body style, figured mahogany back and sides and extra-fine grain spruce top, it’s an absolute fingerpicker’s delight. The nut width is 1-3/4” for accurate fingering and the scale length is 24.9” for ease of playing; the action is of course set low for great comfort. Fine herringbone top inlay, abalone rosette, 45-style back inlay, a stunning pearl/abalone peghead inlay pattern dating to 1905, Ivoroid bindings all around, and a pure, uncomplicated fingerboard complete the picture.
