Nice 1970's Martin D35 with original hardshell case and case key. The guitar is in nice working order. The guitar is all original except the requisite pickguard which had shrunk. Has the standard pickguard crack which appears to be repaired. The guitar has good action at 7/64" at 12th fret on low E, 6/64" at 12th fret on high E. There is not much saddle left so if you like low action, this guitar will need a reset. It's currently playing pretty well though. It's a nice Martin D-35 in very good condition with some light checking and some light marks here and there.
