Description

This is a fairly well known guitar in bluegrass circles. The previous owner agonized over letting this one go in order to buy a 41 D-18 from us. He was right- this is one great guitar and indeed sounds pretty close to a pre war model. All original finish. Tuners appear original though it looks like a different set was on at one time. Original bridge and plate. My very first vintage guitar was a 51 D-18 so this era holds a special place in my heart. It plays and is set up extremely well. 5,950 dollars.
