1961 Martin D-18 Natural

Here's a 1961 Martin D-18. Everything on the guitar is original with the exception of the saddle. This is exactly how you want a vintage D-18 sound!! It's wonderfully balanced, with good bass response, and beautiful top end clarity. The guitar has never had a neck re-set. The action is low at the first 5 frets, then gradually starts to go up. The intonation is still good at the lower frets. There's also still room in the saddle to go down (see last pic). The neck has a slim, ever so soft V profile to it. There's a filled hole from a previous output jack on the side and one more filled hole at the bottom from a previous strap button. The rest of the guitar is crack free. Spruce top, mahogany back & sides, Kluson Dlx tuners, tortoise pickguard, and tortoise body binding. HSC included!
