This Pre-War D-18 is light as a feather in every aspect except tone and volume. The top has had several professionally inlayed “plugs”, re-glued center seam & refinished. The sides have had several cracks glued and or cleated and shows some older refin-overspray. The upper side finish shows some wear on the top side. The back has several cracks repaired/glued with an old overspray. A newer bridge, saddle, and newer small Maple bridgeplate have been installed. Has the infamous Maple strip on the interior end-block. Pro neckset & refret with great angle & action. A few small indentions and overspray on back of the neck. The fingerboard shows just a few very light indentions on the first few frets. Replaced tuning gears. The interior, original braces and repairs inside this guitar are all extremely clean. All work was professionally done and this great old D-18 is ready to be played for many more years. Feather light and plays, sounds great as to be expected. Priced as players grade with a newer hardshell case. Call for a hands-on description. Thanks, Tommy Allen, Owner, Pickers Paradise Guitars, Stapleton Al. (Gulf Coast Area) 251-937-0511,
