Description

Right Handed 1962 Martin D-28, features a beautifully aged German spruce top, and attractive straight-grained Brazilian Rosewood back & sides.

The guitar has had the typical work done on vintage Martins, including a repaired center-seam crack, repaired pickguard crack, and a newer Martin bridge has been installed. The guitar has also had a very nice refret done. Scott Freilich(see below) commented:
“The fretwork is beautiful and in the style Martin would have done.”

This guitar has been professionally inspected and set-up by Scott Freilich of Top Shelf Music, a factory authorized Martin repair center since 1979. The action is perfect with 5/64 at the High E, 6/64 at the low E (14th fret).

Includes a vintage Martin-style black hardshell case by the Superior Instrument Case Company/San Francisco.

This is a fantastic vintage D-28 that needs nothing and is ready for your immediate playing enjoyment!
