Description
Up for sale is an amazing sounding 1966 Martin D-28 in its original and nicely patina'd natural finish. This model features a Sitka spruce top w/ beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood back and sides, ebony bridge and fingerboard and Pat Pending Grover tuners. The tone on this guitar is massive and it easily is one of the nicest sounding Martins in the store right now. Brilliant highs with big boomy lows. There is an endpin jack installed but there is no pickup in the guitar, there is also a filled input jack hole to the right of the existing end pin. The bridge / saddle has been replaced with a correct size and style. The bridge plate is original. There are no cracks or breaks and overall this is a nice vintage D-28 from a desirable era of Martin instruments. Pro setup In house and comes complete with a non original hard case.
