Description

1967 D-28 with very straight grained Brazilian rosewood back and sides, early enough to still have a small maple bridge plate. Great, beautifully aged lacquer gives the whole guitar a much older, richer look: this one's got all the mojo. Action is fairly high - good candidate for a neck reset, but the neck is very healthy / very straight. Replacement pickguard with a cleated hairline to the outside edge and one miniscule hairline in the bass side waist; this one traverses a couple of reinforcement strips
( standard construction feature) so doesn't present any problem.
