What? A Brazilian Rosewood Martin made after the 1968 embargo? Yes for you Martin history buffs they did make a handful. This guitar is documented as selling at Gruhn Guitars in ’93 and 14 years later at Matt Umanov guitars in NYC (documents included). However, one look and it is clear to anyone that this guitar is Brazilian Rosewood, and nice richly grained Brazilian too! Bookmatched even and has nice big bold tone. Some finish checking and some dings. Has original Pat. Pending German made Grover tuners. All stock, crack free and with later 80’s hard case. Very rare. Consigned.
