1976 Martin D-35 Indian Rosewood
Crazy we have 2 of these minty original 50 year old D-35’s in the shop. The D-35 is a favorite of ours that’s consistently wonderful year after year in all respects. Its stunning Sitka Spruce top is just about perfect. Its striped 3 piece Indian Rosewood back & sides are simply incredible. Its got most all Martins best features including its Standard X-bracing, Style 35 rosette, 25.4″ scale length, Select Hardwood Mahogany neck, Solid Ebony bound fingerboard w/20 frets and dot inlays w/a 1 11/16″ nut width compensated Bone saddle, Solid Ebony Belly-style bridge & perfect chrome enclosed Grover tuners. Now about 47 years old, this is a magical investment in all respects. Its got a perfect neck set w/low action. It is truly exceptionally clean & crack free having only aged slightly in color & overall tone quality. Comes in its molded hard case.
