1997 Martin D-45-12 Natural

Here's a 1997 Martin D-12-45 in Natural finish. Serial #611173. Super rare and exceptional guitar. This was custom ordered in 1997 from Martin, and we purchased the guitar from the original owner. There's a structurally perfect scratch on the back of the headstock near the 1st fret, and a professionally repaired center seam crack on the top (stops at the bottom of the bridge). Beyond that, the guitar is near mint! It has lived in its case, unplayed, for many many years now. The guitar features a spruce top, Indian Rosewood back & sides, 14 frets to the body, Ebony bridge and fingerboard, with all the traditional stye 45 abalone inlays. The guitar is absolutely stunning in person! It also happens to sound amazing! Beautiful lush tone, that's full and clear. It rings for days! We may never see one of these come around again. All the original paperwork is included, along with the original hardshell case!!
