Martin / 2001 D-45

The "D-45" is a top-of-the-line model representing Martin guitars. It is the dream of guitarists all over the world and has attracted many famous artists.

The model was born in 1933. The first model was specially ordered by country singer Gene Autry. 91 pieces produced from 1933 to 1942, known as the original D-45, production was interrupted by World War II. Production resumed in 1968 after a long hiatus. While being tossed around by history, it has become the world's most coveted acoustic guitar to this day.

This D-45 was made in 2001.
It features a printed red tortoiseshell pickguard.
The overwhelming low-frequency sound image comes out as a quintessential D-45, but this unit has a fine, bright midrange that tends to be saturated while maintaining a moderate airiness, so it can be played smoothly without blurring even when stroked with a flat pick.

This is a recommended instrument for players who want to use the high-quality sound of the D-45 system in a versatile way.
