1970 Martin D-35-12 is in excellent condition and perfect playing order. Comes with the original hardcase.

It recently had a bunch or maintainence performed, making this beautiful vintage guitar completely structurally sound and ready to be played for another 46 years...or more! It had a neck reset, bridge and pickguard replacement, new bone nut and saddle, and had a passive K&K pickup installed. The best part about having the K&K pickup, is the endpin jack that's a direct replacement for standard endpin strap button. It utilizes an 1/8" to 1/4" cable to go from the guitar's output jack to the preamp. All the work was professionally done by Dusty Strings in Fremont, WA, and is very clean.

Bound solid spruce top, bound East Indian rosewood back and sides, with a solid Brazilian rosewood center-piece on the back, set mahogany neck with a bound ebony fretboard that joins the body at the 12th fret, and an ebony bridge.

The back of the body has some minor buck rash, non of which breaks the finish, as well as a coupl esmall indentations here and there. The top has a few impressions and dents, but no cracks or repairs. The frets are in phenomenal shape with barely any wear. There are 2 small dings near the bass side edge of the back of the neck, behind the 8th fret low E. Behind frets 1 through 3, are a series of very small, shallow indentations, that pose no playing issues.

Has a 1 7/8" nut width, 25" scale length, and weighs 5 pounds 2 ounces.
