Summary: The Martin HD-28 is a true American classic. This is one of the most influential guitars of all time. The HD-28 features a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, wonderful Herringbone binding and a big booming sound. This guitar also comes with the original hard shell case.
Body: Dreadnought body with a solid spruce top, rosewood back & sides.
Neck: Mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge, mother of pearl inlays, 20 frets, nut width is 1 11/16”, scale length is 25.4”.
Pickups/Hardware: Chrome hardware, no electronics, Grover tuning keys
Cosmetics: This guitar is in wonderful condition and shows very little wear. I did find some light pick scratching on the pickguard but overall this guitar is very clean. You can tell this baby was made in 2017!
Playability: We set this instrument up with 12’s and it plays and sounds incredible. The action is low and the guitar plays with no buzzing or dead spots.
