2018 Martin OM-28e Retro. One owner non smoking home serviced at Martin within the last 4 months.

It was an object of desire for the original owner, which translates into "The instrument was admired more than played." No fret Wear, No Rash, No Worming, The instrument is as close to new as you can get. The original owner and I brought the instrument back to Martin early in the Year for a small binding repair. That can be seen on the lower back binding at the waist (photo 6). If not for that small repair the instrument would be listed as mint. The action is low across the fretboard and plays free of dead spots or buzzing. The bridge saddle is as it came from Martin, with plenty of height. The belly is flat. In short the Geometry of the Build is Spot on! This instrument ships in its Original Odor Free Case.
