Martin trumpet T-3460 Committie reissue model. Black lacquer finish. 127mm bell. Tuning tube, each extractor tube, valve upper and lower caps, and buttons gold-plated. Weight 1126 grams. 1980's production. No case. Sold as body only.
[Condition.]
Piston button is set with other maker's parts (GALAX tungsten button). The original is not included. There is a 5mm wide scratch on the bell flare (lacquer has fallen off). There is a tiny pinhole on the side of the mouth pipe. Other than that, it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches, dents, or paint chips. The inside of the pipe has been cleaned, and the valve top cap rubber, inner felt, and water key corks have been replaced. All parts have been serviced and inspected.

This is a Martin Committy reissue model without the No.1 trigger, long stroke piston, and underslung type with the water key hanging down. This is one of the earliest reissued Committie models. This type has a unique character among the reissued Martins. It has been about 20 years since the production of colored lacquer Martins was completed. There are very few of them in the market. The time to buy one is when you come across one.
