The search for the holy grail is over! Up for grabs a Minnieweather 5 string bass! David Minnieweather was a self taught luthier that rose to fame in the late 2000s for his incredible basses. He started building basses in middle school and over the years really honed his skills bring us some of the nicest basses you can find.
Specs! Hip shot tuners. Figured maple overlay on head stock. Figured maple trust rod cover. Corian nut measures 1 and 7/8″. The neck is made of wenge and has a scale length 34″. The neck measures .75″ deep at the 1st fret, and .90″ at the 12th fret. The finger board is made of Ebony and has a flat radius. The action measures 7/64ths on the bass side and 5/64ths on the treble side. 22 Jumbo frets in excellent condition. The body is made of ash with a figured maple top. Natural satin finish. Nordstrand pick ups. Audiere Engineering Z-mode preamp. Most likely a hipshot bridge.
