The condition of the neck and wood has been inspected and adjusted by a professional acoustic guitar craftsman, and all parts are in good condition.
The neck has been straightened and tuned with no chatter or jamming, and the string height at the 12th fret is optimally set at 2.3mm on the 6th string side and 2mm on the 1st string side.
