Description

Presenting the updated Mission Engineering VM-1 Aero Volume Pedal, this one in Black. The extended sweep of Mission's Aero design combined with a switchable tuner mute function make this a great all-around guitar volume pedal. The rear cut away and extended length curved surface are ergonomically designed for comfortable use in either standing or sitting positions. The VM-1 Aero features an isolated tuner output and integrated mode switch and a passive "no tone suck" circuit. All VM-1 Aero models also include Missions illuminated base. Visible from any position, the transparent acrylic base illuminates indicating the selected mode. Active Mode Main Output is active with zero volume at heel down and max volume at toe down. Tuner output is disconnected to avoid tone suck. Base illuminates green by default but can be changed to blue (using an internal switch). Tuner Mode Tuner output is enabled. The main output is attenuated providing reduced volume at toe down, and zero volume at heel down allowing tuning silently, or with a small amount of audio. Base illuminates red. The VM-1 Aero is intended for use first in the signal chain with passive electric guitar pickups only. For other applications, we recommend the Mission VM-PRO. Illumination requires a 9V battery (included) or external power supply (not included) 9VDC 2.1mm center pin negative. Power required for LED’s only. Volume controls will function as normal without power. Input Impedance: 470K Ohm Current draw, nominal: 20mA (180mW) at 9VDC Battery Life, typical: 20 hours Pedal dimensions are 11″ x 4″ x 3″ Weight is 4.0lb
