Muramatsu flute made of all-silver(*) standard model. Covered key, C foot tube. A=440Hz. 1 Made around 973. Accessories: hard case (with a tear where the exterior seal was removed), cleaning rod (with many scuffs), serial number 09xxx.
Silver material is Ag900.

Scuff marks at the joint of the head pipe. It is in good condition and does not appear to be more than 50 years old. All tampos, felts, and corks have been replaced and overhauled.

MURAMATSU all silver flute, standard model early type, produced until 1975. At that time, there were no DS class all-silver models made today, and the next rank after this standard all-silver model was the handmade DN (discontinued), followed by the SR lineup. The austere and warm sound, which is strongly influenced by the German flute at the time of the founding of Muramatsu Flute, has a different appeal from the Muramatsu of today.

This flute comes with a 3-year warranty from the time of purchase. (Adjustment and inspection without parts replacement are free of charge.)
