This model, made in 2005, is black with rosewood fingerboard.
It is a StingRay4 TB (=Through Body) model with a bridge that allows the strings to be stretched through the back.
The controls are a 3-band EQ with Vol/Treble/Middle/Bass.
The rosewood fretboard gives the impression of a slightly milder sound than those with maple fretboards.
Nevertheless, a wide range of sound makeup is possible with the EQ, which has a wide variable range!
