Description

Summary: This Nash S-57 was previously owned by blues and jump luminary Duke Robillard. This guitar is in great shape and it plays and sounds awesome. The guitar has been re-fretted with jumbo frets.
Body: Solid body Strat style – solid Ash body with a two-tone sunburst finish and a medium relic.
Neck: One piece Maple neck with a maple fretboard and a rosewood skunk stripe on the back. The fretboard has been reliced (from the Nash Factory) and the Nitrocellulose Lacquer has been worn off the back of the neck to make the neck feel smooth & aged (again part of the factory relicing). This instrument has 6-in-a-line vintage style tuning keys. The nut width is 1 5/8”.
Pickups/Hardware: 3 single coil Lollar pickups, aged nickel tuning keys, one-ply white pickguard.
Cosmetics: This guitar came out of the factory with a medium relic – this guitar looks like it has been played and loved for years. The body has several dings & lots of relic wear but the instrument is in excellent condition.
Playability: This S-57 plays like a well-loved vintage strat – the action is low and the guitar plays with no buzz and no dead spots.
Weight:    7 lbs,   13 ounces.
Case: Original Hard Shell Case
