Description

This guitar came in recently in remarkable shape for it's age. No dings or dents in the metal body, just some scratches on top.
However, it had sat too long in a too dry environment and the original fingerboard was split from end to end and HAD to be replaced. Everything original except for brand new fingerboard and older replaced tailpiece. The story from the grandson that sold it was that his grandfather had played the guitar in the Speakeasy's of E. St Louis and Southern Illinois in it's prime.
With Original hardshell case and some old capos and sheet music dated to 1938 and '39.
