Be still my beating heart. A rare 1928 National Style 2 tricone resonator with a beautifully engraved flowering vine design adorning the top, back, sides, and even the back of the brass-clad square neck. This is hands down one of the most beautiful guitars we’ve had in the shop. There’s something about these vintage National resonators that just can’t be replicated in modern guitars.
Appears to be all original and in superb condition considering its age. Some of the tuner buttons have begun to deteriorate a bit but all are intact and working. The German Silver body is lightly worn but still gorgeous. A charming and rare beauty with a voice and a look that will make your heart go pitter pat.
