1935 Oahu 71k Sunburst
Up for grabs is this 1935 Oahu 71k 'Jumbo' acoustic. Made by Kay, the guitar is in very good, all original condition, with no breaks or cracks. Ladder braced example, with a spruce top, maple back & sides, rosewood pyramid bridge, and the beautiful & elaborate gold vine pattern inlay. The guitar is similar to a 000 size, and measures 15 3/4" in length, and 4" in depth. The (round) neck has a soft V profile and is really comfortable to play. Tonally its full & clear, with good bass response. There's binding repair in sections through out the body, but everything is in tact. Very cool guitar. Chip board case included!
